With whiskey cream sauce, chopped tomatoes & leek baked until bubbling & golden with a breadcrumb crust

Served with Riviera French sauvignon blanc


From the Line – Sea Bass en Papillote

With Thai flavours, steamed to perfection, infused with ginger, chilli, lemon grass, garlic & lime

Served with Leefield Station New Zealand sauvignon blanc


From the Imagination – Black Pearl

Chocolate mousse & liqueur steeped black cherries in a pastry scallop shell with amaretto biscuit sand & a sea of passion fruit coulis

Served with a Berry Spritz
