thinly sliced over hearts of cos lettuce crisp prosciutto & bread stick croute finished with poached egg & dressing

Pan roast Guinea Fowl Supreme wrapped in Parma ham

with fondant butternut fried in sage butter & a smokey bacon & red wine risotto

Maple roast Parsnip & Squash

with feta & spinach pithivier, sweet potato puree & wild mushroom & madeira sauce

Pan fried fillet of Plaice

with wilted spinach & warm tartare butter sauce

with Champagne Chantilly, blackberries & maraschino cherries in cassis sauce with fresh mint leaves
