Payment is in full when booking.
The Booking is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
We Recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstance
We take on-line bookings and credit/debit cards over the phone
Please note: We are able to offer discounts on Longleat tickets but this can only be done using a guests own debit/credit card. W. T Harrington & Co. Ltd. (T/A The Lamb on the Strand) do not benefit from any commission on the sale of Longleat tickets
2. YOUR BOOKING
All offers and bookings are subject to availability. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. Your booking is made as a consumer and you agree that no liability can be accepted by the Owner for any expenses, costs, losses, claims or other sums of any description which relate to any business, howsoever suffered or incurred by you. When the owner issues a written confirmation to you, this signifies that the Owner has entered into a contract with you, which is subject to these conditions. The owner has the right to refuse any booking prior to the point of your written confirmation, and if the owner does this, the owner will tell you in writing and promptly refund any money you have paid. When you receive your confirmation the details must be checked carefully. If anything is not correct, you should tell the owner immediately.
3. YOUR COTTAGE
You can arrive at your cottage after 2pm on the start date of your holiday rental and you must leave by 10.00am on the last day unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
We are a no smoking establishment.
Well Behaved Dogs are permitted to stay in the Cottages (Charges Apply). Dogs must not be left unattended at any time! Any additional cleaning cost or damaged caused will be charged. Please note any dog mess in the Garden and surrounding areas must be cleaned up immediately. Children play in these areas. Dogs must be kept on a lead and on the floor in all public areas.
A change of linen will be offered for stays longer than 7 nights. We can supply a change of linen more frequently if you require at extra charge
You and all members of your holiday rental party agree both to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave the property in the same condition to that in which you found it upon your arrival. This includes washing dishes & cooking utensils and other kitchen equipment you may have used. You and all members of your holiday rental party agree not to use the property for any commercial purpose, including without limitation assigning or subletting it or otherwise allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by the Owner. You are responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any damage in or to the property, along with any additional costs that may result – which are caused by you/and or members of your holiday rental party, and the Owner can require payment from you to cover any such costs.
You must allow the Owner and any representative of the Owner (including tradesmen) access to the property at any reasonable time during your occupation of the property (except in cases of emergency or where a problem needs remedying quickly and you cannot be contacted in time without giving you prior notice).
